Terms and Conditions — GYMOS

1. The Service

GYMOS provides gym management software including membership tracking, attendance management, POS billing, and analytics. The service is provided by Aravindan V, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

2. Two Tiers of Service

3. Payments

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
• No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions — refund available within 7 days of payment if service not yet used
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to verified gyms

4. Data Ownership

• Your gym data belongs to you
• You can export your data at any time
• We do not claim ownership of your member data
• On account termination — data available for export for 30 days then deleted

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use GYMOS for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to access other gyms' data
• Use the service to store illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the software

6. Limitation of Liability

• For unverified accounts: We provide zero liability guarantee
• For verified accounts: Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect losses including lost revenue or business interruption

7. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Unverified accounts inactive for 30 days may be suspended without notice

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Verified gyms will be notified 30 days before material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
