What Data We Collect
From Gym Owners:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Gym name, address, GSTIN
- UPI ID for payment collection
- Google account information via Google OAuth
From Gym Members:
- Name, phone number, email (if provided)
- Membership plan details and payment history
- Check-in and check-out timestamps
- Personal training session records
- Feedback and ratings submitted
How We Use Your Data
- To operate the gym management system
- To send WhatsApp membership renewal reminders
- To generate GST invoices and receipts
- To show analytics to gym owners
- We never sell your data to third parties
- We never use your data for advertising
Data Storage
All data is stored securely on Supabase cloud servers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We maintain daily backups.
Data Retention
- Verified gym accounts: Data retained as long as account is active.
- Unverified gym accounts: Data deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
- Member data: Retained as long as gym account is active.
